New Build
CFR install many type of structural waterproofing systems, inverted roofs, terraces which can be laid with or without falls. Applying a hot bitumen solution with polyester reinforcement fleece between 2 coats with insulation and hard landscaping allows flexible use of roof areas for plant, recreation and amenity. Allows control of surface water run off and provides and attractive space.
Green Roofing

Pitched Roofing
Traditional slates and tiles, lead work and timber shingles, gutters, roofline. We can upgrade the roof to improve thermal performance to meet Part L of The Building Regulations. Any range of concrete, clay tile or slate can be provided.
Cold Applied Waterproofing
The application of cold applied liquid roofing systems has advantages of detailing, seamless application without heat. Restricted access situations are overcome easily and can be bonded to many existing roof coverings, negating the need to remove coverings. Can be used as a non slip walkway or balcony.
Single Ply Roofing
PVC membranes offer advantages in terms of aesthetics, speed, detailing and lifespan and value for money. High and low temperature stability and a lifespan BBA tested to exceed 30 years. Offers greater colour choice is hot air or solvent welded to create a homogenous joint and is adhered or mechanically fixed.
Built Up Felt Roofing
High performance felts with strong polyester carriers with elastomeric bitumens allow great strength and low temperature flexibility and when built up in 3 layers or more provide a guaranteed roof solution.
Mastic Asphalt
Traditionally a very robust durable flexible waterproofing blending bitumens with limestone which is hand applied by float to thickness required for roofs, paving, car park surfacing and tanking. A craft material that has seen a resurgence in popularity due to its applications and robustness.
